Once the parcel is shipped by La Poste, the delivery time is 72 hours (business days) for mainland France and 4 to 15 days (business days) for other destinations. These times are indicative and may vary depending on circumstances.

  • Shipping Address : You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information. In case of error, we cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered parcels.

7. Returns and Refunds

 

  • Right of Withdrawal : You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order.
  • Return Conditions : Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return Processing : Returns will be processed within 2 to 7 business days after receipt. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product. In case of refund issues, we may request your IBAN.
